Burnside Park: Ablutions Refurbished, Planting Plans Underway
The ablution facilities at Burnside Park have been refurbished and are now open. An attendant will be on site during opening hours (Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 16:00) to ensure they remain clean and safe. The gate to the ablution facilities will be budgeted for in the next financial cycle.
Jacques Badenhorst, who has been overseeing the park, is pleased with the work done by the City.
New fresh look for the Burnside Park bathrooms
They are currently splitting and dividing plants, with plans to begin planting in the park during the cooler months. We look forward to the addition of more plants to the park.
